Document Retrieval
Unless otherwise requested, finished transcripts are retrievable from an ID- and PASSWORD-protected web site. Transcripts are downloaded directly into the client's computer providing added security and saving both time and money by sidestepping the use of courier mail.
Transcript Formatting
Transcripts are returned in MS Word format. Other formats, such as WordPerfect, RTF (rich-text format), or ASCII files, are also available upon request. A page consists of an 8-1/2 x 11 sheet, double-spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides, using a Courier New 12 pt. font.
